Schwank VRF heat pump systems are a truly professional solution for the climate control of large buildings such as industrial premises, sports facilities, schools, offices and hotels. With these heating and cooling systems, up to four modules can be combined for a total output of 224 kW. Even at a very low outside temperature of -25 °C, the units still achieve 70% of the nominal heating capacity. The VRF heat pump system from Schwank’s partners Panasonic is therefore ideal for use as a main heating system. In cooling mode, the nominal cooling capacity is 100% available up to an outside temperature of +43 °C. The new ECOi EX heating and cooling systems are characterised by outstanding energy efficiency, delivering the highest ESEER [European Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio] values and operating extremely efficiently even at partial load.
By exclusively using inverter-controlled high-performance compressors, these heating and cooling systems can significantly reduce energy costs. The optimised design of the enlarged three-layer heat exchanger significantly increases its heat transfer capacity. The newly designed discharge opening achieves an improved air flow. The three-stage oil recirculation function of the VRF heat pump systems minimises the frequency of system-wide oil recirculation, thus reducing energy costs while providing maximum comfort. A maximum total line length of 1,000 m, the wide range of indoor units and the large selection of control and regulating devices and peripheral equipment offers the necessary flexibility for the optimum air conditioning solution in each case.
