Schwank sets another milestone in the field of infrared radiation heating

As of 2018, Schwank is the first manufacturer to omit the 2-stage operation for all its luminous and tube heaters in favour of full modulation.

This extensive, important step towards the future is made possible by IC 4000, the new automatic control developed by Schwank. From 2018, this will be standard equipment in most Schwank luminous and tube heater series. Compared to a 2-step adjustment, the full modulation offers a whole range of advantages: it enables the heating output to be infinitely adjusted to the actual heat requirement. As a result, energy costs can be actively saved because the heating system only ever generates as much power as is actually needed. In addition, comfort-reducing temperature fluctuations in the building can be avoided. With this step, Schwank has made another contribution to increasing efficiency in the field of luminous and tube heater technology. Schwank ensures that its product portfolio is permanently future-proof, especially with regard to the increasing requirements associated with the 2018 ErP Directive, and contributes to environmental protection.
